In today’s hyper-connected global business environment, leaders need to possess a wide range of competencies in order to be successful and make meaningful contributions to their organizations. Students in the MS Global Business and Leadership program (MS-GBL) will develop these competencies through a comprehensive study of the many factors impacting the performance of organizations operating within a global economy. The MS-GBL will place particular emphasis on the competencies of leadership and the value of human capital to an organization. Students will learn the impact of leadership on individual and group performance, and the importance of organizational transformation in a turbulent global business environment.
Instructional Model
The MS-GBL program can be completed as an accelerated 10 course/30 credit, 12 month full time program, or completed as a part-time course of study. Admission to the program is rolling. Students take up to four courses in the fall and spring semesters, along with a capstone and either an internship course or career planning workshop course in the summer.
