GBL 584 - Career Planning Workshop Global Environment

This course studies career planning, decision-making and development from the perspective of both the individual and the organization. Emphasis is given to: Individual career choices throughout adult life; career issues of women and persons of color; the integration of work and non-work roles; and career management in complex and changing organizations.
