GBL 535 - Leading Organizational Change in a Global Environment

This course examines organizational theory, organizational change, and organizational development in a global and cross-cultural environment. Students will develop competencies for leading change and apply them to real-world challenges. This will be accomplished through reading, facilitated discussions, written case studies, class activities and a final project/paper.
