PSC 320 - PII Urban Politics (Perspectives II course) This course studies political forces that are shaping city government in the United States, with an emphasis on cities in New York. We will examine the role and power of city officials and institutions, how urban policy is made and the ways in which changes in partisan politics, political culture and moral values affect the lives of people who live in cities.
