HRM 329 - Labor Relations and Human Resource Management Law This course provides an overview of past, current and future issues in labor management relations. Topics include the history of the American labor movement, the organizing process, collective bargaining and contract negotiation and current issues in labor relations including the increasing role of human resource management in faciliating the employer-employee relationship.
Prerequisites & Notes Prereq: HRM*323 or permission of instructor.
