ENGL 210 - Studies in British Literature This course treats a selection of outstanding British writing from the eighth to the twenty-first century. Course texts will be chosen to illustrate the literary heritage of the English language, as well as persistent themes and problems in British literature and culture. Students will engage with a variety of genres and critical approaches to course readings through discussion and formal essays, including research.
