HRM 525 - Managing Human Resource Issues


The course focuses on the management of a multicultural workforce. Special attention is given to issues affecting an organization’s human resources such as flexible career paths, sexual harassment, substance abuse, the impact of mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
