In today’s hyper-connected global business environment, leaders need to possess a wide range of competencies in order to be successful and make meaningful contributions to their organizations.  Students in the MS Global Business & Leadership will develop these competencies through a comprehensive study of the many factors impacting the performance of organizations operating within a global economy.  The MS-GBL will place particular emphasis on the competencies of leadership and the value of human capital to an organization.  Students will learn the impact of leadership on individual and group performance, and the importance of organizational transformation in a turbulent global business environment.

Cohort Instructional Model
The MS-GBL is an accelerated 10 course/30 credit, 12 month full time cohort program.  Admission to the program begins each fall semester and students complete their degree the following August.  Students take four courses in the fall and spring semesters, along with an internship and capstone course in the summer.
