Students in the MS Global Business & Leadership will develop these competencies through a comprehensive study of the many factors impacting the performance of organizations operating within a global economy. The MS-GBL will place particular emphasis on the competencies of leadership and the value of human capital to an organization. Students will learn the impact of leadership on individual and group performance, and the importance of organizational transformation in a turbulent global business environment.
