Inclusive Adolescence Education (grades 7-12) - Initial Certification Residency Program

This Inclusive Adolescence initial certification program is offered in a non-traditional Residency Program format. See Inclusive Education Adolescence Program Information for details about applying, requirements, and certification.
Residency Program Fieldwork
- Students in the residency program are required to complete at least 1,000 hours in their residency classrooms, which will include at least 250 hours in special education (either in their residency classroom or in another classroom).
- Additional field work hours that are traditionally embedded in the inclusive adolescence coursework is included in the 1,000 required hours and is not additionally required.

Adolescence Methodology Course (3 credits)
Take one course from the following:
Health Education Workshops (0 credits)
Bullying Workshop (0 credits)
Student Teaching Course Block (9 credits)
Inclusive Adolescence Capstone Core (3 credits)
INCL 690 and INAD 699 must be taken concurrently
