Public Health - Minor

The Public Health Minor is open to all Nazareth University undergraduate students. The public health minor requires completion of 19 credit hours:

• Public Health Coursework (13 credits)
• Ethics Coursework (3 credits)
• Public Health Internship, PBH 483 (3 credits)

Completing a minor in public health can serve as a first step to a career in public health or it can enhance a career in many related fields such as nursing, legal studies, and environmental science. Many Nazareth University majors can be paired with a public health minor including but not limited to sociology, political science, communications, community youth development, economics, anthropology, philosophy, business management, peace and justice, and international studies.
