Associate Dean: Joseph Porter, D.P.S.

Our mission is to help students develop the competence and confidence to achieve their personal and professional goals. This is accomplished through dedicated faculty and learner-centered programs. We believe the achievement of the mission will produce an independent thinker and an informed decision-maker who contributes sustainable value for organizations, society, and themselves.

The School of Business and Leadership (SBL) offers undergraduate majors in accounting, business, artificial intelligence and innovation, business leadership, digital marketing strategy, finance, marketing, and sports, entertainment, and arts management. In addition to the major programs, students may pursue minors in accounting, business, artificial intelligence, and innovation, business leadership, digital marketing, economics, finance, marketing, and sports, entertainment, and arts management. Students pursue internships in a field consistent with their academic and professional interests. Students complete an internship to earn academic credit while gaining valuable work experience with a local organization. Non-SBL majors may minor in business leadership.

The School of Business and Leadership holds membership in the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
