SOC 407 - Sustainable Development and Society


This course explores the concept of sustainable development from local and global perspectives. Drawing on insights from sociology and other social sciences, students will answer questions such as: What are the roots of the sustainability movement? Can we recycle our way to a healthy environment? Are corporations helpful to sustainability efforts? What can individuals do to create a green future? Course Codes: BR.
