NSG 436G - Health Care Policy and Delivery in a Global Society


This course offers the student the opportunity to critically examine the search for health in contemporary American society. Demographic, sociological, cross-cultural, economic and epidemiological variables affecting health-seeking behavior and health care delivery, in the U.S. and in comparison to select nations, will be considered including issues of access, cost, and quality of health care.
