AVCD 356 - Designing User Experiences (UX)


Students will explore the role a designer plays in creating digital user experiences. An industry standard process is followed to produce an original multiscreen app prototype. Students will conduct research and engage in ideation and rapid prototyping through the creation of site maps, wireframes, paper mocks, and user feedback sessions. Students will acquire an awareness of UI/UX best practices. Course Codes: ACGS. Junior status required. Prereq: AVCD*355 OR AVCD*250 plus CIS*260 (or permission of instructor).
