PHA 605 - Pediatrics Rotation

This rotation is designed to provide students with supervised clinical practice experiences in a pediatric setting. This rotation offers exposure to infants, children and adolescent patients seeking preventive care and those with various acute and chronic medical conditions to enable students to acquire the competencies needed for entry-level clinical PA practice. Prerequisites: PHA 551. 184 hours fieldwork required; in-person course. Course open only to students in the Physician Assistant Program. Additional course fee required.
