PHA 534 - Essentials of Obstetrics & Gynecology This course utilizes a comprehensive approach to OBGYN, encompassing anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, etiology, signs and symptoms. Students will acquire the clinical knowledge to create patient care plans for OBGYN disorders, including diagnostic work-up, pharmacologic treatment, preventive care strategies, patient education, and appropriate referral practices. Prerequisites: PHA 528, PHA 529, PHA 530. Course open only to students in the Physician Assistant Program.
