PHA 511 - Professional Practice I

This course is the first of a six-course sequence designed to develop the knowledge and skills needed for PA professional practice. Students will be introduced to the PA profession, encompassing the profession’s history, professional organizations, interprofessional team-based care, medical ethics, professionalism and provider well-being. Course open only to students in the Physician Assistant Program.

Course open only to students in the Physician Assistant Program. Term cycle: spring. Yearly cycle: all years.
