PHA 526 - Essentials of Urology

This course utilizes a comprehensive approach to urology, encompassing anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, etiology, signs and symptoms. Students will acquire the clinical knowledge to create patient care plans for urologic disorders, including diagnostic work-up, pharmacologic treatment, preventive care strategies, patient education, and appropriate referral practices. Course open only to students in the Physician Assistant Program.
