HRL 575 - AI Innovations in People Analytics

This course focuses on AI-driven analytics, including both predictive and generative AI. These analyses can be used to enhance decision-making in HR, including the discovery of trends, performance, and strategic insights allowing for innovative people management. Optional core course for students in the graduate HESAA program.
