PTR 515 - Evidence in Clinical Practice

This course prepares students to evaluate and utilize professional literature. Students learn how to formulate focused clinical questions, search for the best available evidence, critically appraise the evidence, and integrate evidence to assist with clinical decision making. Students will learn to integrate the best evidence for practice, clinical judgment, and patient/client values to determine the best plan of care. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all prior required PT courses. Additional course fee required.
