HIS 431 - Women, Gender, and Sexuality in Asian History (DEIB) This thematic course explores the history of women, gender, and sexuality in Asia from earliest times to the present. It covers topics such as labor, intersectionality, sexual orientation, widow-immolation, agency, eunuchs, gender identity, Orientalism, fetishization, foot-binding, anarcho-feminism, abortion and legal regimes, and much more.
