CHN 338 - Food Culture and Sustainability

The course explores different culinary traditions across China including its historical roots and associated cultural practices around food. It will also give students the opportunity to investigate sustainability production practices associated with the culinary traditions studied in the course. Course Codes: BR. Prerequisite: CHN*201.
