GER 338 - Food Culture and Sustainability


The course explores different culinary traditions across the German-speaking world including its historical roots and associated cultural practices around food. It will also give students the opportunity to investigate current sustainability production practices associated with the culinary traditions studied in the course. Course Codes: BR.
