MUS 460 - Evolution of Film Music The course explores the evolution of film music from its roots in 19th-century musical advancements to contemporary practices. The course surveys major film genres, along with corresponding stylistic trends, composers, and musical influences that have contributed to the development of film scoring as a vital and dynamic dramatic art form.
