HHS 305 - Humanity Through the Mind Body Connection Explores the universal principles of yoga, what it is to be human, and our commonalities. Stress, resilience and the mind-body connection, why the way we inhabit our bodies matters. No physical flexibility or prior yoga experience is required. Participating in an adaptive yoga class as part of the course each week utilizing the universal principles of yoga, reference, grounding, expansion, alignment, and balance to promote well-being and the mind body connection.
