BCH 423L - Techniques in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology The laboratory is an introduction to modern biochemical and molecular biological methods and techniques and their application to the solution of biochemical problems. Experimental methods include: DNA isolation and analysis, electrophoresis, recombinant DNA technology, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), protein purification, and enzyme kinetic analysis.
