CLS 402 - Clinical Microbiology Rotation This rotation will focus on demonstrating the competencies related to the mechanisms of microbial pathogenesis and the host response. The clinical analysis of samples including identification of microorganisms and antibiotic resistances will be covered. Course codes: AFG. Prereq: CLS*302/302L, with minimum grade of C-. Corequisites: CLS*401, CLS*405, CLS*406. 160 hours fieldwork required. Open only to CLS majors. Program Director Approval Required. Per program handbook, GPA and other requirements apply; any student who does not meet all requirements will be removed from the course. Additional course fee required.
