OTR 530 - Interprofessional Health and Wellness

Health and wellness promotion and prevention will be examined from an individual, local and global perspective. The students analyze community programs using a wellness lense and reflect on complementary health approaches and integrative health in occupational therapy practice. Students facilitate inter or intra professional wellness groups in the community requiring additional time outside of the course. Additional fee required. Prerequisite: Requires successful completion of all prior OT courses.
