OTR 516 - Advanced Concepts in Interprofessional Collaborative Practice This hybrid course advances students’ understanding of the process of team development and types of teams. It covers the core components of effective interprofessional collaboration such as roles, team dynamics, strategies for collaboration, and systemic support; skills for working within a collaborative model and to engage in the process of effective interactive problem solving, conflict resolution, and ethical decision making. Prerequisite: Requires successful completion of all prior OT courses.
