BLDR 305 - The Legal Environment of Business Leadership

Introduction to the areas of law that impact employees, business organizations and the decision making of organizational leaders. Topics include: American legal procedure, tort law, contracts, agency, non-corporate business organizations and corporations, debtor-creditor relationships, employment law and government regulation and the business of law.
