ACT 341 - Federal Income Tax


In this course, students will acquire a working knowledge of the principles of federal income taxation for individuals. Topics include the basic tax formula, deductions, exclusions, exemptions, preparation of Schedule C, tax planning and analysis, depreciation and AMT. Students will also learn how to research tax issues using a tax research database. Prereq: ACT*209. Fall offering, odd years.
