Education: Initial Certification for Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities

This certification requires the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Additional courses required for NYS Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities include the equivalent of at least two semesters college-level study of a language other than English. As well as:
