BLDR 223 - Teamwork and Collaboration

The course prepares students to work in and lead teams. Students learn how to resolve conflicts in a positive manner. The course emphasizes the development of positive interpersonal behaviors for teams, team building, and effective decision-making. Interpersonal behaviors include giving and receiving clear feedback.
