LGS 354 - Fundamentals of Criminal Law This course is a basic introduction to criminal law in the United States. It is designed to give students an understanding of principles of criminal law, constitutional provisions relating to crime, criminal procedures, the criminal justice system, and defenses to criminal responsibility.
