PTR 635 - Clinical Education II

This is a full time, seven (7) week, supervised clinical education experience provided in an approved agency. Supervision is provided by a licensed physical therapist. The goal of this experience is to have students manage the care of a variety of patients in the areas of examination, evaluation, documentation, goal setting, intervention, and discharge planning. The primary emphasis of this experience is to progress toward an intermediate level of performance as defined by the Clinical Performance Instrument. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all prior required PT courses.
