BLDR 410 - Leadership and Ethics

Students develop the ability to analyze and apply solutions to ethical issues in business, examine corporate cultures and their structural procedures that support or discourage sound moral decision making and reflect upon, articulate, develop and apply their own ethical values and understand the impact this has on their lives and their personal and professional leadership roles.
