BLDR 212 - Introduction to Leadership

The effective leadership of others is a critical component of organizational competitiveness. This course discusses leadership competencies and promotes skills to help students develop as leaders. Students will create a personal leadership development plan to foster leadership skills throughout the program. We will draw on examples from our own and others’ work lives. Course Code: AB.
