SWK 608 - Advanced Field Practicum and Seminar I

Provides advanced year first semester agency-based field experience and classroom seminar for advanced learning, practice opportunities, and progressive knowledge and skill development for advanced practice.. Uses assignments and student-generated discussions to enhance knowledge and advanced skill development based on practice situations. Seminar faculty serve as the first- and second- semester field liaison for students in the practicum. Pre-requisite: SWK*508. Co-requisite: SWK*052.
