SCI 132L - PI Nutrition Laboratory
(Perspectives I course) Using the scientific method of problem solving, the student
will use analytical tools to determine both qualitatively and quantitatively the
presence of specific nutrients in various foods, determine the caloric content
of foods and design diets for computer analysis.
