HESAA 504 - Student Development in College The purpose of this course is to explore some of the many ways in which the experience of attending college impacts students. Social development, including identity, friendship, family relationships, sexuality, and spirituality will be explored. Major cognitive developmental changes, career goals, and mentorship also will be discussed. All topics will be addressed from a theoretical perspective.
