PSY 457 - Organizational Behavior and Leadership

This course will provide an overview of psychological principles applied to the workplace and theories of leadership. We will draw extensively on examples from our own and others’ work lives, focusing especially those that relate to higher education. The class will culminate in the furthering of individual leadership skills by class-designed leadership workshops. This course is endorsed by the Leadership Program at Nazareth College.
