OTR 312 - Neuroscience

This foundational science course provides the knowledge necessary for further study and application of neurology to human function. Emphasis will be on neurophysiological principles, neurotransmitter classifications, sensory and motor systems, and the impact of development on nervous system structure and function. Labs will allow for hands-on examination of neuroanatomical structures. Course codes: AFH. Prereq: Matriculated in OT program and successful completion of all prior required OT courses.
