MUX 126 - Music/Business Sight-Singing Proficiency Exam All music students at Nazareth College (regardless of major) undergo rigorous, in-depth instruction in aural skills (sight singing and dictation) grounded in the common-practice tradition. The Music/Business Sight Singing Proficiency Exam is designed to demonstrate that music/business students have mastered the ability to sight sing at a basic level (following two semesters of aural skills). The exam will be administered towards the end of the students’ sophomore year after they have successfully completed Aural Skills I (MUS 125) and II (MUS 126). Prereq: MUS*125. Coreq: MUS*126
