BLDR 323 - Talent Development for High Performance Organizations

This course will examine the practices involved in leading and developing talent in organizations. Through examination of the strategic talent management approach (acquiring, motivating, engaging and retaining employees) students will be able to understand how people in organizations make a unique contribution to organizational performance and success.
