Our mission is to help students develop the competence and confidence to acheive their personal and professional goals. This is accomplished through dedicated faculty and learner-centered programs that are global, ethical, entrepreneurial, and experiential. We believe the achievement of the mission will produce an independent thinker and an informed decision-maker who contributes sustainable value for organizations, society, and themselves.
The School of Management offers undergraduate majors in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, international business, marketing, and music/business*. In addition to the major programs, students may pursue minors in accounting, business management, economics, entertainment and recording industry, entrepreneurship, finance, human resource management, information systems, international business, marketing, and sport management. Students are encouraged to pursue internships in a field consistent with their academic and professional interests. Students complete an internship to earn academic credit while gaining valuable work experience with a local organization.
The School of Management holds membership in the Middle Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Selected programs have earned accreditation from the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education.
