BCH 421 - Biochemistry I A study of the structure and function of biological macromolecules, their synthesis and degradation, principles of enzyme kinetics, bioenergetics and biological oxidation. The laboratory is an introduction to modern biochemical methods and techniques and their application to the solution of biochemical problems.
