SWK 304 - Human Behavior and the Social Environment I


One of the two courses in the Human Behavior and the Social Environment Sequence. Provides a multidimensional perspective on human behavior, focusing on the influences of biological, psychological, spiritual, and socio-cultural processes. Explores systems theory and a person-in-environment focus, including application of a range of human behavior theoretical perspectives and conceptual frameworks. Emphasizes diversity of the human experience and the reciprocal nature of interactions among persons and the systems in which they live.
