HRM 595 - Strategic Human Resource Management This capstone course provides a learning experience which reflects your progress in the program as well as providing you with the opportunity to integrate all you have learned so far; applying your knowledge and skills to a number of different cases and scenarios. The course will examine the ways in which strategic management is currently viewed, how that view has changed/is changing, as well as exploring some of the relevant theoretical models and approaches. A final project will be created linking prior course learnings to the analysis, diagnosis, and recommendations for an HR strategy and its fit with organizational initiatives. This course should be taken in a student’s last semester in the program.
Prerequisites & Notes Students should have completed 27 credit hours before taking this course.
