AED 699 - Master’s Comprehensive Exam

The comprehensive examination is completed in three parts. Part A requires the creation of a written artist-teacher statement. Part B requires the development of a professional artist-teacher’s portfolio. Part C requires an exhibition of art works that have resulted from the knowledge and skills gained in the studio courses. Students will coordinate the completion of these requirements with the Program Director and one member of the studio faculty during the last two semesters of the program. These requirements must be met during the fall or spring semesters.
