PTR 501 - Management of Clients/Patients With Musculoskeletal Problems of the Axial Skeleton

Evaluation and treatment of conditions related to the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, pelvis and temporomandibular joint would be covered. Students will be taught musculoskeletal diagnosis of common conditions affecting the spine. Multiple approaches including manual therapy will be addressed from an evidence perspective. Special consideration will be given to the concept of the back school. Lecture 2 hours, Laboratory 4 hours, and Tutorial 4 hours.
